About Us.
Bill Taylor, the founder of Sports Conflict Lab has more than 20 years of highly successful experience as a college head coach. He achieved his Masters degree in Conflict Management after facing an extremely difficult conflict later in his own coaching career.​
He has created Sports Conflict Lab to provide arguably the most important training and planning a sports organization could possess. Leaders, parents, teams and organizations in sports literally spend millions and millions of dollars and countless hours on training, equipment, facilities, psychology, travel, recovery, rehab, culture and more. Yet every penny and every minute invested can be wasted in an instant if a mismanaged conflict goes nuclear.
